A couple of years ago we worked with Lance Heisler on a real estate transaction that had gone sour. I was in a bit of a panic and rather reactive but Lance was very good at helping me see the bigger picture, to be more strategic, and most important, to be more patient. I also really appreciated his ability to mix humor with his professional counsel. That helped when things were tense, and contributed to the personal connection that we felt with him.
While negotiating in our interest, he was very good at standing firm without being antagonistic to the other party. He also was impressive in court, totally in command of the facts of the situation with a style that could almost be called theatrical.
We were very pleased with the outcome of our case and our dealings with Lance. We highly recommend him.
